Communication is great, turnaround times are quick, and everything is explained clearly.

RJW Electrical Services helped design a G99 submission to my DNO, Installed an 8Kw system in total, East - West facing, Solar array and I also got them to fit a 5Kw Battery too.

"Rob has always been accommodating, and he's had to be, because with me being new to Solar at the time, I was constantly emailing or calling, back and forth with Rob discussing with him the Equipment, Installation, Inverter options and everything you would expect me to ask, as someone who was new to going Solar.

I haven't mentioned Costs, because costs will be different for all Installs, which will be dependant on your wants or needs.

Now it's been a few years on now since my Install, but I can still rely on RJW Electrical Services (Lochmaben) Ltd for the occasional daft question or bit of advice that I may still need.

With regards to any concerns I may have had about the Install, In the past few years I haven't had to worry about anything because it was a well executed and designed service, with a clean and tidy Install at the time.

Needless to say, I would certainly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for, or wanting to explore any of their future Solar requirements or Install needs, not least because they are all knowledgeable, but for me it's the excellent service you will always receive, even a few years after the Install."

"Service was above and beyond- robert not only did the job and coordinated with other tradesmen, but followed up with wider advice and provided a report on issues surrounding the panels and how previous tradesmen had not complied with safety regulations. "Very reasonable on price, but also very good on service.

The installation team were polite, reliable, and nothing was too much trouble.

Matt and Gino were tidy with the batteries and inverter install, the roof guys, whose names i didn't get, were non stop and got the work done with no issues at all.

Would highly recommend this company to anyone considering Solar Power, or even other works associated with energy saving.

Solar panels were starting to have some Lichen spots forming on them therefor to have them working at 100% I had RJW have a look and give me a cost for cleaning them.

"The job was inspected as I wanted my panels cleaned and I was given a cost and agreed.
On the day of the work started the chap arrived he explained how he would clean the panels. I supplied him with hot water and left him to it.
The job was done quite quickly and the panels looked a lot better.
The guy was polite and cleaned up after he'd finished in all a good job."

"Really great service. Quoted pre Covid then delayed pending roofing works by Story homes. Requoted honestly and price reduced which was a pleasant surprise. Rob very responsive to emails ( I had lots of questions 🤣). The men that came to install arrived on time. We’re friendly and efficient. All work carried out to a very high standard and all cleaned up and then explained to us before they left. Would absolutely recommend this firm and if need arose would definitely use again.

Replacing and fitting of two sensor our security lights to front and back of my home. Replacing a no longer used junction box. Fitting two new lights in my kitchen. Shortening electrical cord to a hanging ceiling light.

"Turned up as agreed on time having given me a 10 minutes 'heads up' so I could secure my dogs.
After quote was agreed, a suitable day and time was discussed.
Prior to arriving, the electrician phoned to introduce himself and confirm he would arrive at agreed time, giving me time again to secure my dogs.
Work commenced in a timely and organised manner, working and cleaning up as he went on. Finished on time, showed me all the work, making sure I was happy. Took all the waste away.
Daniel was polite and courteous throughout and I am delighted with the results.
I am very happy to recommend Daniel and RJW elctricians."

Rob Wade Services. We had a full bathroom fitted in October 24 by Rob and the team. This included quotes, plans, purchasing of new bathroom utilities, removal of old bathroom, and installation of new bathroom/co-ordinating tradesmen.

"Rob and the team were excellent from start to finish. Polite, respectful, honest, on time, consistent in work, and kept us up to date on stages of the job. Finished on time and organised perfectly.

We had a couple of wee snagging issues that were quickly dealt with without any fuss, and we are extremely happy with the finished product.

I would definitely use Rob and his team/services for any future work we undertake, and also recommend them to others - great job lads!!!"

I had a new floor and shower fitted in my upstairs bathroom due to a persistent leak with my old shower that had damaged the floor. RJW electrical pulled out all the stops to complete the work during the only week I could manage. I had limited time so asked them to choose and source the floor, fixtures and fittings according to my broad description of the look I wanted. I am very pleased with the workmanship and quality of the job, and would highly recommend Rob and his team. Thank you.

"I asked for a new floor and shower in my upstairs bathroom which is part of my air bnb so I needed the work to be completed between bookings.
This meant I had very little time to spend shopping around for the floor and shower unit, wall panels etc. I knew the look I wanted so I described it to Rob and his team and they chose the flooring and shower for me.
They fitted everything during a gap in my bookings and the job started and finished on time.
Clean up afterwards was good, and they took the old shower and floor away for me.
I am very happy with the work."

"The whole experience from quotation to commissioning was made simple due to the professionalism of this company. Rob the owner completed the initial review and quotation and coordinated the installation.

His installation team led by Rab were very personable, efficient, clean and tidy in their execution. Where any complications arose, Rab due to his vast experience found solutions to overcome. The installation itself is incredibly neat.

When a GivEnergy software issue recently caused one of the batteries to go Offline, an exceptional level of customer care was demonstrated by both Rob and Rab. They had contacted GivEnergy to resolve the issue within 24 hours - this was done while I was out of the country.

I have encouraged many friends and colleagues to contact RJW Electrical for any electrical and Solar related projects - all feedback to me has been very complimentary."

Removing a radiator. Taking a double wood burner out with pipes and reinstalling , electrical works and I’m getting them to quote me for a replan of my bathroom. I wouldn’t go anywhere else now I’ve found them.

"After having the initial point of contact Rob and his team came to quote and arrived when they said they would. They gave the quotation without any messing about exactly as promised. Then they arrived to do the job as promised and we’re very friendly and accommodating. Clearly with years of experience are true professionals. They got on with the job with the minimum of fuss.
We knew our job was a bit out of the ordinary but it didn’t represent a problem to them as they advised and took onboard my requests Neat and tidy workers and respectful of my home.
