"We are very satisfied with Neilson Electrical Services Ltd. During quotation Kevin took his time to explain everything and answered all of our questions. Right from the beginning he's displayed strong communication skills which was very important for us and reassured us, he was the right choice. Both before and during works we have made some changes, these have been all addressed with both great politeness and flexibility.
Both Kevin and Robbie were very tactful and considerate when working around us, which made the whole experience a lot more bearable.
Their work ethic was exceptional everyday.

A complete rewire of a two bedroomed bungalow

"We had excellent service from this firm from very first contact.
It was explained prior to commencing, the amount of mess and dust that would be generated with this type of job, but after completion, you would not have known the electricians had been there. Everything was cleaned and tidy.
He was very accommodating with the slight alterations we wanted to make and even suggested ways to save money.
He has also made himself available in the future if we experience any problems or alterations we may decide to make.
Even though he experienced a few problems with the structure of the building, he still managed to finish in the agreed timescale.
He is highly recommended.

"We are in the process of renovating the living room to modernize. Knew Kevin through a friend and contacted him on FB. Kevin was round within a matter of days to price the job up and then got to work a few days later. Really pleased with the work these guys have completed and within such a timely manner. The work was immaculate and they left the house in as clean a condition as they originally walked into. Kevin will most definitely be the electrician we use moving forward in all our future products and have already been recommending him to family and friends. You will not be disappointed."

A full rewire of a100+ year old property. Over the years additional wiring had been installed as the property was extended and updated.The property is a large 3 bedroomed granite house with a sunroom/utility room extension with power to a separate garage.

"Kevin was professional in his approach to the work.It was clear from the age and configuration of the wiring that it was not going to be a straightforward job, but Kevin was able to problem solve and be creative in finding solutions. He communicated the progress and challenges clearly, involving me in decision making.
As the work progressed more time and materials than first anticipated were needed, but Kevin stayed within the estimate. He struck me as someone who strives to provide a high quality of service delivered with integrity."

"Highly professional, competent, responsive, understanding, trustworthy, efficient and a pleasure to work with. Prices were reasonable. Some of the work was challenging/complex and this company was able to identify solutions and carry them out extremely efficiently and well. They also fitted in around other trades eg joiner and were able to fit in to an extremely tight timetable. They cleared up after the work was complete. They were extremely pleasant to work with. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone requiring electrical work to be carried out."

"Kevin was easy to contact and always got back to me promptly. He kept me updated on the schedule of work and fitting in with other tradesmen was not an issue.

As with most older houses we had some surprises along the way, Kevin was good at problem solving and was able to provide good solutions to any of these issues.

Work was very tidy and completed to a high standard, we are very pleased with the result."
