We had a domestic lightning circuit failure on 30th November. Tom attended to assess the situation.

"We rang Tom to see if he could help as our light circuit failed. He was very considerate in his response . He was unable to come immediately as he had a previous commitment, but was willing to either give us other contacts or attend as soon as he could. He later phoned when he was free, & we agreed that it would be better to leave it until daylight, the following day.Tom arrived as arranged. He was professional and friendly - listening & giving us time to explain the problem .
He found it was an intermittent fault & suggested we wait & see if it recurs & call him back straight away if required, & he’d investigate further. He declined any payment at this point, & didn’t press us to have unnecessary work done.
We were pleased that he phoned back later to ask whether the lights were still working.
