Moving and removing down lighters, replacing old underfloor heating thermostats, replacing towel rail electric elements, moving existing wall sockets and switches, and fitting new covers to others. Installing new lighting in loft space.

Frazer fitted a new extractor fan for us.

"Frazer Brooks was helpful from the very first point of contact. He arranged a time which was convenient for both of us and set out the price it the work would be.
On the day, he and his colleague arrived promptly and were both friendly and professional. They carried out the work within good time and even went above and beyond looking at some tubing we concerned with in our loft space. The team left the house clean and tidy and consulted us throughout installation to ensure we were pleased (I.e. asked us how long we would like the extractor to run for).

Overall, we were very pleased with the cost and service we received. We will definitely be using this company in the future."

He was punctual, pleasant, very efficient and did not waste any time at all. The work was completed swiftly and executed competently - it was a pleasure to have Frazer in the house.
