Outside security light fitted and light fittings and dimmer switch fitted in bedroom.

"Delighted with the service received from start to finish. Called when he said he would, turned up when he said he would, completed all work requested and clearly explained the problems with plan A for the bedroom switch and went out of his way to devise a satisfactory plan B. Great service. Thanks also go to his young apprentice Alex who was just as helpful and courteous as the main man. Will definitely use David again for future electrical work. Thank You"

To move two electric switches from the loft to a downstairs location to operate security lights. To fit a weather proof box to garden pond to house 4 electric sockets.

"I found Mr Baker on the trusted traders site after waiting in vain for two other electricians to respond to my phone calls. Mr Baker responded straight away and was able to complete the job quickly. I.E. the next day.

Mr Baker explained in full the details of the job and offered solutions and alternatives which we had not thought about . My wife and I were extreemly happy with the work that Mr Baker and his assistant Alex completed.

The work was carried out in a highly professional manner and we were very happy with the final cost .

I will certainly warmly recommend Mr Baker to any future customers.

"I dealt with it by phone & email. David was very helpful at all points; gave clear explanations; worked out what needed doing and how best to do it. He dealt very well with the home-owner for whom the work was done; she is extremely pleased with him and his co-worker and with the result, as are the family. It has been a pleasure to have him do teh work for us.
NB I am male, age 75, a long way from Norfolk; the work was done for my sister-in-law, age 88, in Norwich."

I managed to drill into a cable which took out all of my electrics apart from the lights. The work was to safely restore power and carry out further testing and remedial work. Also to fix some wall lighting which had never worked.

"David's response on the night (a cold Sunday in January) as well as for the follow-up remedial work was absolutely first class. Everything he did was clearly explained and I feel happy that my system has now been made safe again. I cannot recommend him highly enough, it is rare to find someone who genuinely cares about their customers. Price was also very reasonable indeed."

"I needed to find an electrician to undertake some work for me. I found David on Norfolk Trusted Trader website. I initially contacted him via email (after reading the positive reviews) on a Sunday and he called me back within the hour. He came over 2 days later to give me a quote, and booked to come over to undertake the work really quickly. I was really impressed by his service and the quote he gave me was the most competitive of the 3 I obtained. I would recommend David to anyone. "I doubt even the most demanding customer could find fault with Mr Baker's work,or his approach to customers (myself and my wife were truly impressed). His prices seemed to us to be very reasonable. Mr Baker responded promptly to an email requesting the work, arrived late afternoon on the same day and undertook two minor jobs, returning 6 days later to install an outside light. All the work was to a high standard with first class materials and the areas were left clean and tidy. What more could you ask? as a direct result of the excellent service we have arranged for further work which might otherwise not have been undertaken."

"Excellent and friendly communication, the explantation of the required works was fantastic.
As a landlord of the property to which repairs were completed i needed to feel comfortable that works would be carried out at an agreed time to save complications with my tenants and at a reasonable rate whch is exactly what i got.
