"Jason and his team provide a first class service from the initial visit, when ideas were discussed, to booking dates for the work to commence, turning up on time and organised for the work in hand, providing a quality service with minimum fuss and disruption. Nothing was too much trouble for the team and they went above and beyond. A real pleasure to deal with and a breath of fresh air in an industry where it can be hard to get quality and reliable teams. To replace emergency lighting at a Village Centre, both internally and externally

"Following an exchange of emails a site visit was arranged and a quote provided.
A date for the work to be started was agreed, the team turned up promptly, were extremely sociable and took the time to explain how they were going to proceed.

Some of the work was completed that day, but the outside lights having being tested & found lacking required a further visit.

In due course another date was arranged, the work completed was very satisfactory.

Complete electric central heating installed.

"After a very cold Winter we decided to have electric central heating installed. I contacted "Excel Electrical Services" and within 24 hours I had received, an email giving me times when Jason could come round and survey our home.
Jason is a true professional, one of a kind in Norfolk, his time keeping is true to word, he was polite at all times,gave us all the information we needed to make a decision on how/when to go ahead and to get the best from the type of heating we wanted.
We were given a choice of dates for work to start, Jason and Joe arrived when expected, and worked non stop until work had been completed, they cleaned up as they went along.
I am so glad that I choose Excel Electrical Service as Tina Turner said " Simply the Best " no truer word has been spoken. A very well organised company, I wish them years of continued success."

Remove old electric storage heating system, install new electric radiator system and upgrade consumer unit. Conduct inspection and test of electrical system, resolve problems and issue electrical test certificate.

"As the landlord of a property in Norfolk, while living on the South Coast, it is very important that I can trust the people who carry out work on my behalf. Having conducted some research online, I called Excel Electrical Services to request assistance in resolving the electrical heating issues for my tenants. My initial conversation with the owner of the business, Jason Peck, was extremely positive and I immediately had confidence that he and his staff would be able to provide the service I require.
Having contacted my tenants, I asked Jason to deal directly with them to arrange access and assess the problem. He then provided a fully costed quote with associated timescales - the work was carried out and revealed more issues with the electrical system. Once again, Jason was proactive in offering a solution with realistic quotes, costings and timescales.
Throughout the work I received positive responses from my tenants on the professionalism and friendliness of the Excel Electrical staff, and although I have yet to see the completed work myself, I am fully confident I will not be disappointed. I highly recommend this firm, and thank them for a job well done - particularly in light of the subsequent arrival of very cold weather!"

They are a tad expensive but I consider it well worth the little extra cost for the extremely high standard of their work. On-time, reliable, efficient and very professional in all that they do. Their paperwork is accurate and prompt.
