"ETF Electrical Ltd did work at my holiday let cottage. The transformer unit required replacing and all wiring examining to ensure it met current electrical certification legislation.
James the director from ETF was very helpful, knowledgable and exceedingly trustworthy.
He attended the property on a couple of occasions to examine what work needed to be done.He always gave clear advice and I had no doubt in his abilities as an electrician. His staff used were also very polite and knowledgeable.
The standard of work was good and the property was left in a very tidy state after the work had finished. All paperwork was received after the installation.

On two other occasions I have had to call ETF. As my property is a holiday let, call outs need to be in a timely fashion due to holiday makers visiting the property.

One occasion the electrical shower packed up. James attended quickly and replace dthw whole shower unit.

The other occasion the kitchen hob extractor stopped working. Again with hardly any notice, James visited the property and replaced the unit.

I would not hesitate in using ETF Electrical Ltd again. Completely trusted company."

New kitchen rewire to fuse box and socket boxes filled.

"James the director of the company was lovely. He was extremely knowledgeable and very honest.
The only slight issue I would have is that some of his workers left a lot of mess and no attempt to either sweep it up or tell us about it. This was found under the cupboards where a wall was channeled out.
But still delighted with James and the work at very short notice."

Leigh, I absolutely agree it is totally unacceptable to leave any mess in a customer's property and I will be speaking to the workers involved about this and can only apologise. Can I assure you that this is not normal for ETF and I am disappointed you had this bad experience. If you had contacted me I would have rectified this myself for you straight away. "James provided me with an EICR which was required for my house sale. I contacted 5 companies and James was one of only 2 who came back to me with a price! I went with ETF as I felt confident in James even though I had only spoken with him on the phone initially. He came to my house on time and was professional and courteous throughout and caused very little disruption - I was impressed and will definitely use ETF again in my new property when I require electrical work."
