Sarah and Stephan took charge of organizing bat surveys, obtaining a bat exclusion icense and liaising with a builder to comply with the requirements of the license.
 
Cost: £600

"I had a problem with a very large bat maternity roost in my house which resulted in many of them inading my living space.
This was not a situation that I had encountered before and I was really grateful for the guidance and reassurance received.
