Buying house single close to centre of Ablington. Built in 1930's, substantially extended in 2001 and conservatory added subsequently.
 

"The sale and purchase the negotiated in difficult market conditions. The sale fell through in July 2008 when the original buyer pulled out. The house now purchased was found for us by the estate agents who threw out acted on our behalf in a very professional, proactive and rigourous manner.
