"I initially contacted Rickard when looking for a value of the property for probate. This valuation out of the 3 I received was most realistic, and this was why I returned to Rickard when it came to selling, though I had valuations from agents quoting lower selling fees. Stuart was very helpful throughout and I was quite taken aback by how quickly the house sold – the board went up on Thursday, the buyer viewed on Friday and the offer made and accepted on Saturday. My only gripe really was that I wasn’t told that the selling fees were exclusive of Vat, but other wise I was very happy with the service and would use Rickard again."
