We just bought a 3 bedroomed detached property through Mitchell and partners that is located in Ashvale. It offered a lovely location and was vacant so we had a very short chain.

"It was a pleasure to deal with Mitchell and Partners. Our estate agent Wally Walsh was lovely and very much approachable. I loved the fact that he always attended the phone call even when he was busy and told me he is on another phone call and will talk to me in 2min rather than ignoring my phone calls and the fact that he maintained that relationship from start to end of the deal.
Wally was excellent in keeping me updated about what was happening at every single step of this purchase.
He was very helpful in chasing solicitors when we had a bit of delay in documents exchange.
When we collected keys for our new home we recieved flowers with it which I felt was a lovely gesture (new home present as per my little daughter). I think company really cares about customer experience. I will happily use them again if I am buying another home.

"I engaged Wally to sell my own property back in 2004, and from the very positive experience I had then, I wanted to use him again. Due to issues with the property and the land it's on, this sale was not straightforward at all. The photography of the property was superb and the details were faultless. From the initial open-house marketing right through to completion, Wally gave constructive suggestions to the problems that arose, drawing on his wealth of knowledge and experience, and guided me to seek legal advice when he felt that it was appropriate to do so. Wally was instrumental in keeping others in the chain informed of progress or seeking information from them - nothing was too much trouble for him. He has a natural charm and enthusiasm, which was very welcome during some of the trickier moments, but he was never pushy and has complete integrity. I have absolutely no hesitation in wholeheartedly recommending Wally to other sellers.

"We sold our house in 2019, a challenging time when house prices were falling and when the housing market was sluggish. Wally Walsh is an outstanding estate agent.

He was sensitive to our requirements and got us the best price in the market. Although they may come across as slightly traditional in their methods, they do use all the standard marketing channels including the prominent marketing website. However, what makes stands apart from the rest, is the truly personalised service they offer!

They are experienced, professional, honest, conscientious and pragmatic.

"We bought our new house through Wally at Mitchell and Partners in Ash Vale.
Wally was absolutely amazing and a breath of fresh air in the stressful time of moving house.
He always kept us up to date with anything happening in our chain and was always the first to know of any news before our estate agents and our solicitor! We could fully trust anything Wally said to us.

Frankly, there is not enough people like Wally in the Estate agent world, and there were more then it would be so much easier to move home.

Once we had completed the purchase we wished that we could have paid Wally for his services, rather than pay our own estate agents for the work that he did to ensure a smooth as possible exchange and completion, however our estate agents didn't see it that way!

On picking up our new keys, Wally surprised us with a lovely moving in gift plant, which is doing very well in our new home.

Garden shed also included. Close to Ash Vale village and 10 minute walk from Ash Vale station - mainline to London.

"Everyone knows that selling and buying a house is very stressful, but Wally managed to keep our stress levels low at all times. He kept us fully informed throughout the process and was always at the end of the phone for all our queries. Wally worked very hard contacting all those in the chain to agree our final completion date, despite one rather argumentative person in the chain ( not me I hasten to add!) As the estate agency was local to our property, this meant that Wally is fully conversant with the area and so able to give vendors sound information regarding the area. I would recommend this estate agency, and Wally in particular, without hesitation."
