"Have previously used the firm and was satisfied with the service. On this occasion the lead contact was from the Baldock office although the sale was made from the Ashwell office. The solicitors introduced by the firm were less than satisfactory mainly due to the lack of communication with the progress of the sale and delays in answering specific enquiries. In this respect, the Baldock office were outstanding in providing the missing information. Without their help the delayed exchange would have been even more extended. They also provided the details of the technicalities of house sale and purchase which was most helpful in controlling unrealistic expectations. My contact Sonia has a through knowledge of these procedures and is exceptionally experienced., a true professional"

"From the first meeting I was given a realistic and honest overview of what to expect from the company. They arranged visits around my schedule. Initially I dealt with Helen (until the offer on my property was accepted) and then I dealt with Sonia. If either of them were unavailable the message that I had called was always passed on and my call returned. Sonia was particularly helpful towards the end of the process as we had to chivvy solicitors to keep to the timescales. Everybody was polite, professional and friendly."
