Detached, stone residence in a popular, well served village. There are four bedrooms (to with ensuites) and a family bathroom, a large hall leads to give shown stairs room. The double garage has an automatic electric up and pull door.
 

"Hamptons were most helpful and efficient right from the early hour visits and valuation by Jayne White and thereafter by Jenny Whalen who acted as negotiator. They were both most professional and dedicated in every aspects of the sale of the house. One of the best aspects of Hamptons, was that the purchasers were already on their register of clients wishing to purchase a property such as Maddocks house in a village such as Sibford Ferris.
