Large detached house - 20 years old in sloping plot. Basically in good condition but needed cosmetic face lift!
 

"Price obtained was low but realistic considering market conditions. Agents were proactive & hardworking, and made a great effort to sell the house. The house had been with another agent for over a year, at a much higher price-I was very cross with the 1st agent that they were so lazy & didn’t really try to sell the house.
