My Valuation was £230k to £250k which I considered fair for a property which was only had a narrow pavement between the house and a very main road.

I think the owners did exceptionally well to sell it to the next door neighbour for such a high price.

A successful and smooth sale. The owner had gone into a care home and the buyer didn't want any of the furniture as she was sending in builders to renovate the property. I am sorry her not wanting anything proved stressful.
