"James Kendall Estate Agents were recommended to us via a friend and we were not disappointed! James was very prompt in making an appointment to mesure up and take photos. The photos were extremely high quality and mesurements/description accurate. The contract was easy to understand with no jargon and was explained well. Potential buyers were lined up within less than 24 hours and we had a serious offer within this time which we happily accepted!! James was available and willing to answer questions and provide advice throughout the entire process and actively put our mind at rest at every opportunity! The fees were extremely competitive with options for those who wish to show buyers round themselves to keep costs down further. Highly recommended and restored our faith in the industry!!"
