"Our initial dealings were with Richard who to our offer and negotiated our purchase, he was professional and efficient at all times. There after we were looked after by Stephanie who was consistently excellent. She kept us informed of progress at all times and was very proactive in providing assistance and advice when the inevitable hiccups occurred. I am certain that were it not for Stephanie’s hard work exchange and completion would have been delay. "I was impressed by Stephanie's professionalism when she met me at the property to provide a probate valuation.

I had no hesitation in returning to this agent, a few months later, when it came to selecting an agent to market the property.

The whole marketing & sale process was handled very professionally - by all members of the staff I had contact with.

As executor to the estate, I was very grateful for the Company's professional efficiency, particularly as I was not local to the property.

I was provided with regular feedback & information regarding the local market & progression of the sale, after acceptance of the offer, was again handled very competently by Stephanie.

I would highly recommend their services & have no hesitation in using the agency again.
