The property in a modern mid terrace, 2 bedroom house with garden & garage. Both bedroom have en-suite's, well finished property. The property in on a small new housing development, with 3 bedroom properties, 2 blocks of flats, rear the railway station.
 

"Overall we received a good service. However there were two areas that we were concerned about.

1 Contents Insurance. We had to change our insurance provider, to meet a clause in the contract that the insurance company will cover damage to equipment etc caused by the tenant. The insurance company they recommended tried to get us to pay an outrageous amount. We declined their quote. Left a bed taste.

2 When we came to sign the contract, they suddenly informed us that we had to pay to private cleaning company costing £250, when we left the property. Outrageous."
