"Sold by tender. Process very good, cost me a minimal amount. Works well having set viewing dates although one needs to remain flexible. People buying ours actually visited at another time. We were kept in the loop at all times. Marketing was very good. The photographs in the brochure presented the house very well. The whole service of selling was very professionally done. Once sold we had excellent support from the company in tracking the sale and putting on pressure when required. It has still been a stressful process but the professionalism of the Douglas Allen team has helped tremendously. I would defiantly recommend sale by tender."

"I hadn't used DAS before but certainly would again. Almost all my intereactions were with Ian Chilmaid and I found him to be utterly excellent! Very nice, friendly, knowledgeable and seemed to have my interests at heart as well as the seller. He was great at communicating with me and between myself and the seller and always kept me informed of progress. I think it speaks for itself that the property exchanged after only a few weeks and well below the average time it takes to exchange. In addition whenever I called the office it was always answered promptly and by very pleasnt people. They and Ian in particular, are a credit to the company"
