"Very high staff turnover, new staff every month I was not made aware of changes. Countrywide conveyancing – appalling very slow, not able to speak to solicitor just the call centre (my solicitor had numerous problems with them). The branch seemed to be more on the side & the buyer because she used car mortgage services. Staff got my mane wrong. Didn’t call me back then requested. Sobbed of at times.
