"Although we listed it through Boston we dealt with Horncastle branch where Cathrine was excellent at communicating details & keeping us updated. "None of the staff at the estate agents could have been more helpful or friendly. The ombudsman logo was on their paper work though I never noticed it. Staff may have told me about it, but there is a lot of info at such a time to remember. I got the feeling that the property was removed from the market after my offer, but I can’t remember being told so directly.
