The only fault & would says was when Rob from Boston explained fee’s & energy cert’s. The fee’s were without VAT I think the fee’s should be clear & consige."

"None of the staff at the estate agents could have been more helpful or friendly. The ombudsman logo was on their paper work though I never noticed it. Staff may have told me about it, but there is a lot of info at such a time to remember. I got the feeling that the property was removed from the market after my offer, but I can’t remember being told so directly. There was a delay when the Memorandum of Sale went missing probably at the solicitors or in the mail."
