"The reason I have filled in the selling and buying parts is because I have moved quite a few times over the year. Derek and colleagues have always been there to advise and assist us. Nothing & ever too much trouble and if they don't know something they will find out e.g. progress of others in the chain. "This property was for sale by informal tender, closing date 21.04.06 at noon. On the 12.04.06 I rang for a viewing and D J R refused me. Saying that they had done enough viewings already. I am a cash buyer and had every right to view this property which they should have marketed up until closing date.
