About Us


We are an independent Estate Agency offering a more individual approach to selling property. We focus on building a good working relationship with both sellers and buyers.

We have a reputation for selling properties in the Queens Park, Throop and Charminster areas of Bournemouth in particular, but we also sell properties in other surrounding areas. High levels of repeat business and recommendations we receive are a good indication of how we conduct our business.

From initial appraisal to preparation of high quality particulars, and negotiating / monitoring sales, owners can be sure they will receive our close attention at all times.

Buyers can be assured we will listen carefully to their requirements in order to match them to appropriate properties for a successful result.

We pride ourselves on our attention to detail and professional standards, being members of both the National Association of Estate Agents and the Property Ombudsman Scheme.

"Paul Watts Estate Agents have been a delight to deal with .This was an executors sale of my Parents retirement home which held 37 years of happy and treasured memories. Having met Margaret previously and again at the initial viewing and valuation , we were very happy to entrust the services of Paul Watts Estate Agents for the sale . The entire process was conducted in a very empathetic and sensitive manner reflecting their vast experience in this type of sale .The sale price and marketing particulars were carefully agreed with us and we were always considerately consulted and liaised with throughout the sale process . After viewings helpful feedback was always promptly given and any questions throughout the process swiftly answered . Challenging viewings were always dealt with in a professional manner .
A suitable buyer was quickly found and an agreed price expertly negotiated .The sale proceeded smoothly with careful monitoring throughout , Solicitors were contacted regularly and we were consistently updated .
There was much to do to clear the property but we were never rushed or hurried , everything was done to help us complete this difficult process in a careful and relaxed manner .
The sale and viewing were conducted by Margaret and Karen with Leigh also helping with viewings , they have been an amazing team always helpful , exceedingly knowledgeable and displaying tremendous professionalism with everything conducted in a friendly manner.

"I was recommended to Paul Watts by a family member who had previously used them and was very happy with the service they gave. I had inherited my Mother’s retirement flat and used them in order to sell it, they were very friendly and helpful and kept me informed throughout. Unfortunately through no fault of theirs the property took some time to sell but in all fairness they never gave up and continued to do everything they could to find a buyer for me and eventually succeeded, I would definitely recommend them to any one looking for a reliable and trustworthy agent in that area."

Iconic house in Queen’s Park Avenue. 4 bedrooms , 2 reception rooms, orangery, two bathrooms, 1 cloakroom, spacious kitchen, Utility room, garden toilet and large garage.

"We found them to be very helpful. They found 4 buyers in all and the couple we went with loved the property as much as we did. They always contacted us to ascertain if it was convenient to show people around and always phoned afterwards to let us know how it went.
They have sound advice at every step which helped us understand the procedure.
Once the sale had been agreed gave us weekly updates on how it was going
Once we had actually moved they rang to see if the move had gone ok and to wish us well in our new home."
