About Us


We are an independent Estate Agency offering a more individual approach to selling property. We focus on building a good working relationship with both sellers and buyers.

We have a reputation for selling properties in the Queens Park, Throop and Charminster areas of Bournemouth in particular, but we also sell properties in other surrounding areas. High levels of repeat business and recommendations we receive are a good indication of how we conduct our business.

From initial appraisal to preparation of high quality particulars, and negotiating / monitoring sales, owners can be sure they will receive our close attention at all times.

Buyers can be assured we will listen carefully to their requirements in order to match them to appropriate properties for a successful result.

We pride ourselves on our attention to detail and professional standards, being members of both the National Association of Estate Agents and the Property Ombudsman Scheme.

"We found them to be very helpful. They found 4 buyers in all and the couple we went with loved the property as much as we did. They always contacted us to ascertain if it was convenient to show people around and always phoned afterwards to let us know how it went.
They have sound advice at every step which helped us understand the procedure.
Once the sale had been agreed gave us weekly updates on how it was going
Once we had actually moved they rang to see if the move had gone ok and to wish us well in our new home."

"I would 100% recommend Paul Watts, the team are extremely professional and approachable, they knock the socks off the stereo type of an estate agent. As an independent company I felt like they cared about me and what was best for the sale of my property, and not just their commission which was the experience I had had with other estate agencies.

My sale was extremely stressful from the moment the offer was accepted to the completion day but Karen, Penny and Margaret were marvellous helping to reduce that stress as much as possible.

The viewing went well, Penny left us to walk around at our own pace and take everything in. At one point there was a little confusion around the length of time that the sellers had been at the address but this was very quickly cleared up. Penny was particularly understanding and helpful in keeping the sale moving when we encountered a couple of issues as we neared the exchange of contracts. "Margaret and her friendly team had previously sold our house in charminster and they are by far the best estate agent i,ve come across.At charminster her first words we "i really like this house and will have no difficulty selling it "and she did !!

So it was an automatic choice for us on our maisonette at southbourne -they are old school and follow through on everything they do and its refreshing to get feedback on viewings ,research on the potential buyers before an offer is presented and knowing that your sale is in good hands

Our solicitor commented on just how fantastic Margaret was

At the same time we sold our house in Kettering and the comparison with the estate agent there is like two extremes -the kettering agency was terse,didnt really bother after the offer was accepted and created a lot of problems by NOT following through and keeping an eye on the ball
