"Our request to see the garage of the house we were to buy was not done I had to go to agent 4 weeks after viewing the house & to find out which garage went with our house. The agent left messages to the sellers on my answer phone so I was able to hear what he was saying about me. What kind of agent does not know the phone number of buyer & sellers. "I bought my house through them which made me choose wanting to sell my house through them. I have found them very helpful; they kept me informed at all times with viewing arrangements. Dealt with the surveyor for the purchasers and let them in so I did not have to take time off work. Chased things up with purchasers’ solicitors and kept me informed. Time keeping was always prompt.
