Large 4/5 bedroom detached home on sought after estate located in Tondu

"This agent did not provide any terms and conditions. Their photographs of my property were appalling and they totally ignored all of my concerns about their continued shameful service which I would have cancelled had they not been noted as the selling agent in a divorce court order. They said they would take new photographs but to my knowledge never did (I was not residing in the property) They did not put an offer to me they received on my property and told me what solicitor they wished to use for the conveyancing prior to any consultation with me (and noted in the letter of sale!) until I objected. They have an appalling sales record compared to other local agents who sell properties far quicker than this incompetent agent who completely ignored my concerns AND instructions throughout. I can not put into words how disgraceful this agent was in dealing with the sale of my house and how much stress they unnecessarily inflicted on me. Concerns and instructions ignored and not acted upon this disgracefully incompetent agent took over 15 months to sell a very desirable property on a much sought after estate. Please refer to GETAGENT to see the disgusting time these amateurs take to sell properties compared to other local agents. DISGRACEFUL service from an incompetent and out of touch, arrogant estate agent. To add insult to injury they submitted a bill to my solicitor for over £1300 more than the price they agreed. When I pointed out their ‘error’ they then sent another bill and overcharged me £540 too much which I then had to chase them to refund. Absolute amateurs in every sense of the word. Prospective clients please compare this agent’s office premises to others and the way they present properties they have been trusted to sell."
