"I used Brand Vaughan on just this one occasion and was very impressed as illustrated by my responses to the questions asked above. Estate agents tend to get a bad name but I experienced a high degree of professionalism and integrity in all my dealings with this firm. The market was fairly feverish at the time but once I had made my offer, Colin Stansbury was absolutely open with me about his client's expectations which made negotiations straightforward. He did an excellent job for his client. I shall be using this firm to sell my properties in future. Finally, I was also impressed with the updates I received from the firm once my offer had been accepted. They maintained a watchful eye over the parties' solicitors to see that their work was progressed swiftly and always kept me informed."

"We employed an out-of-town solicitor for conveyancing on our purchase. I was concerned that when issues arose between the Sellers Conveyancer (a local firm) and our solicitor, the Agents were quick to side with the local conveyancer and dismiss our solicitors concerns. In addition, the Agents seemed unable to suggest suitable solutions that would satisfy both parties, which was surprising given that the Agents have a specialist negotiator to aid in the sale process."

"Brand Vaughan took over from another Brighton Estate Agent who were less than satisfactory. Brand Vaughan came across as professional, vibrant, fizzing with energy and worked together as a team - even when two individual sales staff achieved similar offers. I got the impression they were working for me and not just to get their commissions.
In the end the buyers solicitor seemed to cause no end of trouble and this only seemed to be resolved by Jason Brand taking a very proactive role with my purchaser to ensure the sale concluded satisfactorily.
Brand Vaughan were recommended to me by a flat owner in the same block who had used Brand Vaughan, and in term I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking to buy or sell a property in. Brighton."
