Mid-terraced Victorian house on three floors with small garden, close to Brighton station. The property was uninhabited when placed on the market with Graves Jenkins and they had a key for viewing purpose.

"Accompanied to view the vacant flat on 3 no occasions. Entered negotiations with vendors which initially failed, and sold to 3rd party. Promptly advised us property was back on market as restarted negotiations. Did allow to collect key for tradesman to estimate works on condition key returned that evening.
