Reference to the Ombudsman Scheme is normally included in our letter of instruction which accompanies the Marketing Authority Form. Also all sales brochures have reference to the Ombudsman Scheme with The Property Ombudsman logo next to our contact details. It is in our view that clients seldom look for this recognition unless they have had a previous problem with an Estate Agents or have experienced a problem during the selling process and need to find out the complaints procedure.
