Allan Morris Worcestershire is an independent estate agent with strategically placed offices in Barnt Green, Bromsgrove, Droitwich Spa, Kidderminster, Malvern, Pershore, Redditch, Stourport and Worcester. Additionally, The Mayfair Office, London provides further national and international coverage. We have considerable experience in handling the sales of town, country and village properties as well as offering commercial and residential surveys and valuation services. A two bedroomed mid terraced property within 5 min walk to station, quiet location. Low maintenance landscaped garden. Close to local amenities.
 

"They negotiated on our behalf and managed to keep our buyer happy despite & very long delay on our purchase which was out of our hands. We would have lost our sale and purchase with them. The service we received from the agents acting on behalf of our purchase. “Hansons” was appalling. The move dates were changed without consideration when we tried to rectify the situation. The owner Carol Hanson shouted at us in the middle of the shop and in front of other customers. The whole approach was very unprofessional and we were told if we were being unreasonable and didn’t went to move that didn't matter if we bought that property because the owners would still move and she had people lined up to buy it."
