3 bedroom detached house with a garage located in a quite, cul-de-sac area.

"This is the first time we have used Belvoir lettings agency. Further to our viewings of the property we have decided to rent it. The first day we have moved in we experienced unpleasant situation with the gas boiler as it was not working and thus the heating was not operating. As we have a small baby we wanted to sort things out asap. As it was Saturday we have tried to contact the Agent on the emergency number. After several attempts the Agency phoned us back within 1 hour after our last call. The willingness to fix the broken boiler was not very good. Firstly we have been told that we will pay for the repair if we cannot switch the boiler. Later after we wrote an email to Agent (on Monday) that this matter is urgent as we have a small baby, the plumber came to our house (on Tuesday) and looked at the boiler. The boiler was finally fixed on Thursday. We were bit surprised that after the check in (for which we paid check in fee) there were few defects (namely broken gas boiler,broken oven,not working lights and extractor, still not replaced light in the oven! Currently there is a broken shower and further to our 4 telephone calls we are still waiting for this to be fixed (waiting for 9 days to date). The plumber was promised to come next Monday.
In general the Agency have got friendly attitude but their reaction time is bit slow.
We would welcome a proactive attitude and regular updates about the progress when it comes to issues.

"Looking for a new property for my family and needing to do so within a 2 month notice period proved stressful. I was in regular contact with more than a dozen lettings agents and can safely say I was delighted that we were abe to deal with Belvoir as the majority of their peers were far from helpful and in some cases didnt appear to want our business. In complete contrast, the Belvoir team were very friendly and helpful and continue to be so. Their approach to our situation was very sympathetic. I have not used them before but would recommend them over all the other people we had contact with during this transaction."
