"Sale of property was initially handled by Adam Dryden Peck who was very good. After he left company, we had few updates, phone calls were not returned, very little communication even after an offer was accepted. We had to go to our buyers estate agent to get info & updates on delays in the chain, etc. During last few days before completion a new girl at Tarr’s did phone but we already had info from other source."

3 bed detached bungalow situated on a small select development. Located within a large corner garden plot with double garage and overlooking woodland from the rear. Far reaching views from the front, ample driveway parking.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Tarr Residential. When signing our agency contract, we make sure the clients are fully aware of our membership with the Property Ombudsman. The logo is on all our newspaper & internet advertising and window displays too.

Sellers: Buying Services
Tarr Residential work closely with Tarr Financial (our in-house independent mortgage brokers). This service is offered to all buyers and was also offered direct to the seller of this property. We have a paragraph within our contract allowing us to introduce the client to a third party companies such as Mortgage Advisors, Surveyors or Solicitors. This is signed by the seller at the point of entering the marketplace with Tarr Residential.

Sellers: Offers
All our offers, without exception are put into writing along with the sales memorandums. A call is made to submit the offer within the same day and then followed up in writing to confirm as per Property Ombudsman guidelines.

Sellers: Marketing
All offers and their conditions are made by the buyer. If an offer is made with a condition of the property being removed from the open market, the seller has the right to accept or reject this condition. All sellers know the conditions from a buyers offer and advice is often sort by ourselves as their agent to the best way to proceed.

We work professionally at all times and make sure the right outcome is obtained by our paying client - The Seller !
