"One member of the office employed aggressive sales talk. Harassed me to go joint agency on our sale, when I stressed I was totally happy with & loyal to our side to seller would prefer us to be selling our house with their agency also, and that the acceptance of our offer could only be held for 2 weeks if we did not let him go joint to sell our house. "My buying experience was quite different from my selling. It took 2 yrs 9 months for me to buy my house. The sellers took their time to find somewhere. I looked at other houses but none as good as this. The new branch manager at Wreenhoe (& her team) was helpful & consistent with what I wanted. The then branch manager at Manningtree was helpful & professional at first bit did not have the staying power or inclination for my extra ordinary circumstances. Unhelpful urgings to accept much lower offers & move into rented were unacceptable & stressful. Also calls were not returned by him."
