"They were generally very friendly & helpful, however I did have one bad experience, when there were problems over the sale of the property I was leaving. K & C were not the agents for the sale. The staff member, with whom I was dealing become, in his own words ‘threatening’ & ‘bullying’ because he could see my purchase falling through. Luckily all turned out OK, the previous property sale went through & I was able to purchase my present property. Your member of staff phoned & was most apologetic."
