"Very good sales pitch to us – only agent we ‘liked’. Seemed genuine & didn’t patronise us. But immediate problems – didn’t get us premium listing on internet straight away as promised. Went on holiday without informing us. Didn’t return calls when promised to do so. Was often off hold to me on phone & some of our house viewers complained that he was rude. Occasionally intimidating.
