"They did the bare minimum, to the point we only went ahead with the purchase when they eventually came back to us. After the purchase was complete, we asked a couple of questions regarding the property and they never bothered to get back to us, we were also offered a ‘home movers pack’ and despite many reminders we have not received this either."

"Personnel service excellent tried best to get on top of difficult buyer and his solicitor always returned calls and kept me informed at all times even with negative information found solicitor would only call with positive info.
