"Ian Hunt gave us inaccurate info about the property, he stated that there was a combi boiler - there is not! Lack of personal touch as no contact with seller unable to ask him simple things Ian Hunt did not know answer to since moving into the property we have had a large boiler repair and plumbing bill as no water out of hot taps.
