5 bed/ 3 storey Edwardian semi clearer village Sunderland. Many original features (sash windows, original fireplaces, door furniture, intricate ceilings deep skirting boards etc.) large garden at rear, front garden & parking for 2/3 cars. No garage. Large living kitchen. Bathroom with bath & showeer & WC upstairs to WC downstairs.
 

"Very thorough from outset. Explained terms costs etc before arranging to value arouse. Managed my expectations. Very prompt turnaround from visit to producing photos etc. People who bought house viewed on first day it was on market! Agent still recommend I left others view. Received about 8 viewings. In about 4 weeks decided to mark as sold. Through no fault of agent, purchase was very protracted. Took 5 months in total. But agent kept me fully informed throughout. Very professional & helpful (sympathetic at times). They did all they could to maintain liaison with solicitors our buyer etc. went above & beyond what I would expected. Very helpful.
