"Borland & Borland are an excellent local traditional estate agents. Other estate agents that visited were all about the hard sell, wanting me to take mortgages out with them, pay extra for photos. "I was really impressed by Stephen’s and Alan’s professionalism and knowledge of the local housing market. Their advice was invaluably good and I felt free to consult them throughout both buying & selling processes. Knowing my house was full of antiques, they attended viewing sessions personally satisfied with my wishes not to erect a sale board. Both Alan and Stephen went beyond their functions as my estate agents. On several occasions Alan helped me move heavy cases of books and after completion Stephen dealt with an unsurprised problem replacing a collapsed drain on the property I sold.
