Semi-detached 4 bedrooms Edwardian house within 0.5 miles of Esher station on a secondary village road

"We had worked previously with the Esher desks of Savile and Curchods. Savile was great to work with but is not very flexible and ultimately we lost a house with them as they failed to highlight a credit risk with our buyer; Curchods were telling us nonsense stories left, right and centre and we could not wait to get rid of them.

What we appreciated most from Stephenson James Fancy was that they listened to our needs and then acted the best they could to fulfill those needs. No other estate agents was able to do that.It was particularly helpful in the final negotiations with our buyer as they represented our position honestly and well and it helped so much.

Where Stephenson James Fancy can still improve on the way they manage viewings and feedback; they are not as slick an operator as Savile when it comes to confirm viewing appointment early enough and at providing feedback. It would not stop using them again or recommending them though."

"I found SJF a first class estate agency. They were on the money with the Esher property market, would keep me informed of new opportunities, and did not waste our time trying to show us properties that did not match our criteria. The purchase of our property was not straight forward but SJF were patient and careful managed the process to a successful conclusion.
