Ex-council, flat, rust war. Ground floor flat, 5 bedrooms. Built in conservation area in Exeter where previous props bombed during WWII. Therefore frontage made to look like Georgian terrace property.
 

"Whitton & Laing very supportive throughout sale, very emotional time as probate sale, property belonged to relative who had lived at flat all her life and had been the only family to live at this property. "Of the three companies which we tried, W & L seemed infinitely more au fait with the sale of inner city property. All the staff were courteous, friendly & helpful at all times. The property was on the market for a long time. I believe it was a niche market, property with no parking & an unfortunate neighbour. We brought our present home through W & L.
