"Words really can not describe how thoroughly excellent and outstanding the team at Roberts-Hunt estate agents were, in particular Mr David Casey who handled the sale of our house. The sale was done very quick and he ensured that we were kept fully informed at all possible times. He answered every single question that we had and was always available whenever we needed him. We called him regularly to see how the sale was proceeding and he always gave detailed updates. His estimated timescale for when he expected Completion was also very accurate. He kept excellent dialog between us, our conveyancers and our buyer and their solicitors too. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone. "We were very happy with the Agent at Robert Hunt he is a very honest gentleman and he fought for us when the seller wanted to put the property back on the market because the process was taking a long time because we were in a chain. If it was not for David we would have lost this house and would not be living where we are now. Even though he had family problems he still went out of his way to help us we are so grateful. All the staff at Robert Hunt are an asset to the business every one there has helped me in one way or another I wish all estate agents were like this one."

"David Casey did a great job in marketing my house. There were difficult circumstances leading up to the sale with the property being a complete mess due to the tenant who was living there. He was enthusiastic and went out of his way to get buyers to see through the mess and visual the stunning house it could be with sime tlc. He kept me informed throughout and was in regular contact. The house sold quickly and I was very impressed as thought it would take a long time to be sold.

"My husband and I were first time buyers looking for a home for ourselves and our then 7 month old daughter. I had noticed the Sale board in front of a house, which is now my house, and within 5 minutes of telephoning Roberts Hunt estate agents, David came to meet me outside the property and conducted a viewing. I immediately fell in love with the house and although I was told there was quite a lot of interest and with 2 offers already we were able to view the property again in the evening when my husband was able to view. We made an offer and it was accepted. David was quick to ensure that our survey was in place and from offer to completion with keys in hand it had only taken us 7 weeks to move into our new home!
I would definitely recommend Roberts Hunt to family/friends who are looking to buy in the neighbourhood."
