"This was the first time I have used Belvoir as I have not been overly impressed by other letting agents and wanted to try someone new. I was completely delighted with the level of service I received and I would not hesitate to recommend them to others. They were professional, helpful, not in the slightest bit pushy. They had a really good range of services on offer which made them more flexible than other agencies and suited my needs.I feel that they worked extremely hard for the fee that they charged often going beyond expectation."

   Business Reply:

The tenant signed an pre agreement to lease clearly stating the property would be off the market.
The tenant was given the terms and conditions of the deposit scheme and prescribed info within the tenancy.
The tenancy was given to this tenant over 1 week before signed.
An inventory is available and a check in conducted with the tenant.
I believe this feedback is untrue and based around a delay on whether he was allowed to install a sky dish. The delay was 2 days as he originally asked and it was left for him to come back to us if there wasn't a dish already. 3 weeks later he contacted us asking why we hadn't contacted him but the assumption was the dish was there already. After he contacted us an answer was given in 48 hrs. I do not believe the tenant has genuinely answered the real questions.
