"I cannot praise this firm or recommend them highly enough. They are simply superb. Not only did I buy a property from them but sold one through them and i honestly felt they took all the hard work off me. Once instruction was given to put our offer in and it was accepted, this loyal team did absolutely everything to make sure the transaction went through smoothly and to a time scale that suited us.

Anytime I had questions or felt I needed reassurance about the different stages of the purchasing process, one of the team would always chase various parties to save me the trouble, even when it was not connected to their role in the purchase. It is rare, I find, that a firm will genuinely go so far above and beyond the requirements of their job to help people like us to find a home.

"Absolutely brilliant. Found a buyer at a very acceptable price immediately our house went on market. Then put on the market the buyer's house & sold that almost immediately too, enabling our sale to go ahead.

They then very carefully followed each step in the progress of the transaction at every step, kept us well informed and did all the worrying for us.

We had obatined valuations from three local agents. We selected these agents as they appeared the most professional. They happened to be the same agents (the same two partners) who sold us the house 12 years ago.
