"Not completely happy with service. Made to feel like a third party rather than clients. Did not return calls. "Rubbish! They were not interested with my concerns. They got me a rubbish price, as they still get the same fees regardless of the price they got fro me. There was no contact with me, only regarding my buyers concerns, as they did not want to lose a sale. I had to ask them to send me my buyers offer in writing.

Three bedroom detached bungalow twenty minutes outside town centre no forward chain.
 

"It took at least five attempts to get a correct description written and agreed. The property was empty as we were selling it following my mother’s death. On one occasion a light was left on after the estate agent left the property and on another occasion an overhead fan was also left on for at least 24 hours before this was discovered. Both we and our buyers were keen to exchange and complete as soon as possible after their offer was accepted. Unfortunately the estate agent gave our solicitor the wrong details for the buyers solicitor name and address and it then took just over a month to establish what had happened. This despite numerous phone calls from us and our solicitor. Our sale was therefore delayed by at least a month and during the first."

"Cubitt & West were terrible to deal with, made trying to agree things with buyer a nightmare. I complained to their head group Arun estates after finding the Havant branch manager rude & unresponsive. She never returned calls & would not reply to emails.
