Semi detached Victorian property in a village location.

"I have not used any estate agents in England before as my previous house purchase was in Scotland. The main problem I had with this new house purchase was communication with the solicitor, which I found especially stressful as we are expecting our first baby and I needed an entry date urgently. I found that the estate agents not only called me back immediately, they took my needs very seriously and put my mind at ease every time I spoke to them.

One tiny complaint was the pushiness at the beginning to use their own mortgage adviser even though I had one, I was told she could get exclusive deals which is not the case. But this was not a condition and they more than made up for it by being an excellent go between and keeping the whole purchase moving along.

I don't feel there is a need for improvement from my experience with this branch, I was treated with respect and courtesy by each member of staff I spoke to and I think the manager is one of the main reasons we are getting into the house before Christmas."
