Part of a former farm house. Outbuildings form a second dwelling in separate owner. Location close to beach and isolated from other property fairly unique.
 

"I found the estate agents particularly good at contacting the solicitors to push the sale through and checking up what was happening. They also quickly raised any questions we had with the vendors and gave us contacts for e.g. a builder, & surveyor. We didn’t really ask them about local market condition. 3 bed detached bungalow, small garden in need of updating & decoration in small village. Good for 1st time buyer. Far Northern part of the Isle of Anglesey built 1969.
 

"Williams & Goodwin were excellent. I am experienced business consultant. Only negative was they did not inform me of local authority grants in the area which may have effected my decisions. By contrast I was also selling a property in Caterham Surrey at the same time-the contrast in service was dramatically different. I found the Caterham branch of Bairstow Eves unresponsive, inaccurate, failing to inform and deceitful and have complained and withheld part of their fee."
