"I have used Newmans for the past 3 years. I have found their service to be very hit and miss, depending on who you speak to. I currently pay for a full management of my property but Im not entirely sure what I am paying for sometimes! I have to chase a lot to make sure things get actioned.
Having said that, they have always looked after my house well and found tenants before the previous one has moved out.
The main areas for improvement are the fully managed service - the price either needs to be reduced to reflect the service that is given,or the service needs to be improved. IE keep landlords informed of what work is needed, when it has been done etc.."
