"This local agent was chosen because they were sincere and made us feel at ease. Their valuation was the least optimistic but in our view the most realistic.
The property was vacant in Yorkshire although we were in Gloucestershire . As such they were entrusted with the keys to conduct escorted viewings. They provided updates following viewing and indeed sought to answer any questions on progress up to the point of exchange.
On completion they had the repays and acron voluntarily redirected any personally address mail. The service provided was as we had requested and overall we were very pleased.
