Two Bedroom Flat in North Leeds

"I have used Blue Residential’s fully managed service for the last two years (after they were recommended to me by a friend) and in that time they have acted with the utmost professionalism when dealing my property and tenant.

They have responded very quickly to any issues which have needed immediate attention (leaks, electric faults etc.) whilst also keeping me informed as to the cost of any planned/unplanned repairs. They also managed my property and tenant through an unfortunate period of major renovation and repair to the exterior of the block of flats. Whilst this was a very disruptive time (lots of traffic, dirt and noise lasting more than 8 months) for my tenant, due to the way Blue Residential managed the situation, they were more than happy to sign for a further 12 month contract extension! If this situation had been handled differently, I am sure I would have been looking for another tenant and trying to re-coup lost income.

I have genuinely been impressed with their service. Their costs whilst neither the lowest nor the highest are quite competitive, and I feel on reflection represent very good value for money. I was tempted to try and manage the property myself as my overall costs would be lower. However, they have allowed me to receive my rental income without the day to day stress or concern about ensuring the property is kept in a good condition or that emergencies are easily and quickly taken care of.

Overall, a fantastic service and one which I would highly recommend.

"Service was professional, helpful and friendly. Initial contact over the phone was great, much bettr service that I have receieved from other agents in the past. Sheryl had great knowledge and went out of her way to help. I appreciated the fact that she texted me all the details that I needed prior to my visit to the property. Dan who showed me the property was really friendly and was happy to spend a long time waiting for me while I filled out the forms even though it was almost 8pm at night."
