Two Bedroom End Terrace in Kippax

"The staff at the Kippax office were brilliant. From Julie dealing with the valuation and the putting together of the brochure to the final exchange of contracts and completion they were extremly proffessional and showed good knowledge of the area and the business. I was offered assisted viewings which for me was invaluable as I work full time and am a single mum with a four year old child, showing potential buyers around would have been a nightmare and it made me flexable to fit in around the times people wanted viewings. Once the offers started to be made Julie, Sally and Zoe showed great experience and gave good advice which enabled me to achieve the sale price I wanted. They kept me updated regularly during the transaction and offered support whenever it was needed as it does become extremely stressful during the period between accepted offer and exchange of contracts.
I have used the firm before as they were the agents when I bought the property and were very good then which is why I chose to use them again. The firm does have a very good reputation in the area and it is a family run business who offer a personal service which I preferred not a franchise or national firm who are target based and with no personal touch at all. I would have no hesitation in recommending the Kippax office to any sellers or buyers - they were stars for me."
